Phase 1

Cleanse Drink

Blend the Cleanse Drink

  • 6 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 pineapple (organic preferred)
  • 1/2 papaya (organic preferred)
  • 1/4 cup papaya seeds (organic preferred)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 10 drops clove tincture
  • 10 drops wormwood tincture
  • 1 tbsp honey

Blend until smooth. Drink the mixture as directed.

Follow 10 Minutes Later

Wait 10 minutes
  • 8 oz orange juice
  • 1 tbsp psyllium

Mix well and drink immediately. Psyllium thickens quickly.

Dosing Schedule

Take the cleanse drink and follow-up psyllium drink 3 times daily for 3 days.

Morning
Midday
Evening

Hydration Note

Participants should drink plenty of water throughout the day while using psyllium unless otherwise directed by their healthcare provider.

Phase 2

3-Day Parasite Egg Cleanse

After the first 3-day cleanse, Cory followed with a second 3-day parasite egg cleanse.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz orange juice
  • 2 tbsp psyllium
  • Parapatrol drops (follow directions on the bottle)
  • 1 tbsp diatomaceous earth (human grade)

Mix well and drink immediately.

Schedule

Take this mixture 3 times daily for 3 days.
